With Mental Health being at the forefront at the moment Workington Cricket Club would like to help spread the word about how to deal will issues and how talking helps.

So we have invited State of Mind’s Rugby League Stars Danny Sculthorpe & Phil Veivers to come to the club and talk about their experiences and how seeking help can help.

Tickets are free of charge, however we will be holding a raffle and collecting donations to help fund the night.

Club Members will get priority if the event is sold out.

So please get a ticket and come along to learn more about your own or your friends mental Health.
