Hi all

Hope everyone is well. I’m pleased to launch the first part of the North West Talent Project which will include skills sessions, the North West Cup and Profile Builders. Please can you send the below out to your county and club networks, for now we are not looking for this to go onto social media but happy for it to go to club, league, community leads. Any questions let me know.

The first part is the skills sessions, below is some information about the sessions and a link to register players. Players/parents/coaches can register direct on the link. We are encouraging players who would like to learn more about a certain skills, for example someone who has always bowled seam but would like to possibly transition to spin to come along. These are however NOT for beginners and players do need to be playing some form of hardball cricket prior to attending.

Skills sessions will be:
- One off sessions open to all females across the North West.
- We are looking for spinners, fast bowlers, batters and wicket keepers to show us what you can do
- The sessions will use hardballs therefore although there is no prerequisite to be playing at a certain level you must be comfortable with this
- Open to all ages from 10 to 18 years old with groups on age & ability on the day
- High quality specialist coaches working with the girls pathway
- Following the sessions, some players may be asked to play in the North West Cup
